I found this industrial dollie in Tryon, NC. This is a great place to find interesting and unique items. Here is the link to their site: http://www.architecturalwarehouse.com/

I'll be adding a nice piece of glass and this will be my new coffee table.
Stacking old trunks and suitcases makes a nice entry table.
I've added some old burlap and candles.

Bowtie Chicken Spinach Salad
1 box Bowtie Pasta
1 bottle of sun-dried tomatoes in oil (bought at Walmart)
salt & pepper
chili power or crushed red chili pepper
1 bag of parmesan cheese
1 bag of fresh prewashed or organic spinach
1 can garbanzo beans (drain can) or pine nuts (if you want to splurge)
1 small bottle of a good imported olive oil
1 box precooked chicken breast

Cook Bowtie Pasta according to package directions and drain.
Run cold water over pasta.
Add the contents of the bottle of sun-dried tomatoes in oil.
Add salt, pepper, and chili powder or crushed red chili peppers
Stir
Add spinach, cheese, and garbanzo beans or pine nuts
Pour olive oil over the salad. Stir. Eat.

This is a very tasty salad. It feeds a crowd and EVERYONE who has tried it has loved it!
On this particular visit to the grocery store, they were out of bags of spinach, so I had to improvise. I'm not a big fan of lettuce, so I recommend using the spinach.
